This platform was born from years of grit, healing, and quiet perseverance. From the outside, I may look like a teacher (which I am) who reads books, gardens and crochet’s by the fireside (which I do) – BUT… I’m also a survivor, a mother, a grandmother, a dreamer, and a woman who knows what it means to lose herself—and find herself again.

Those who are tired of feeling stuck and are ready to move—even slowly.
Those who are brave enough to try again.

Sometimes we cry. Often, we laugh. And always—we keep going through the fear and doubt.
Thank you for being here. You’re enough, exactly as you are.
And you are going to shine
